Modifying the Remarks property page

The Remarks property page is used to pass information between users in a workflow and works in close conjunction with the redlining functionality. The Remarks page is compatible with the Meridian Asset Management Module and the Shop Floor mode of the Meridian Explorer client.

The page is also shown on several workflow transitions. On some transitions (like Create Project Copy) the page is mandatory to ensure correct functioning of the system.

The visibility of the page is controlled by the function IsRemarksPageVisible.

A navigation view named Remarks shows only those documents that have remarks entered.
